One family, one photographer, one camera, one lens, one image in one hour

Today I did a small experiment by photographing a family I’ve never seen and talked to before. Alone. With one camera and one lens in one hour. We met in Downtown Auburn and tried to take some shots where both the parents and their two adorable kids were in focus, looking or interacting with the camera and/or with each other. We finally got up on my favorite spot overlooking the Toomer’s corner and snapped several frames. This one is definitely one of the winners, especially since the little boy hit a “home run” (swing seen in the image) like his favorite athlete. We cannot say the athlete’s name for legal reasons, but lets just say that “he knows”. Despite the heat and humidity, which we observed even after dark, we had a lot of fun. There is more to come on FB in the near future.
